Changes and Returns Policy
The company does not make refunds of money in any case.
Exchanges made outside of Peru are not accepted.
Within Peru, changes will only be accepted within 15 calendar days from the shipping confirmation. These are made in the showroom located at Miguel 230 of. 502 San Isidro.
Changes can only be made once only.
The change is always made with a ticket, sales invoice or a copy of a gift.
Only changes are accepted if the garment is in perfect conditions and as it left with the original packaging.
You can exchange your purchase for a product of the same value or a greater quantity (canceling the difference), there will not be store credit for exchanges or minor value.
Any change originates the issuance of a credit note that supports the operation, which will be valid for 1 day. If you do not use all the credit that day, the balance in favor will be without effect.
No changes or refunds are accepted on products in sale or used items.
All orders are sent from Monday to Friday. Processing takes between 48 hours for standard shipments.
